Ask a question. It can be as deep and difficult as you like, or simply something you'd like to know. You can ask for advice on personal situations or for an answer to something more general. It's up to you.
We don't encourage harming on this site so we moderate questions. To read about how we moderate, click here.
Our panel will try and answer as many of the questions as possible. In the meantime you can add your own comments or views to any of the questions.
It can be difficult when something like self-harm can become so familiar and something you rely upon. Know that there is a way out though, and trying to find other ways to deal with those past hurts can often help to relieve the thoughts to self-harm. Whether that is writing it down or drawing, talking to someone, exercise, listening to music etc. These can all help you to deal with those emotions or understand them a little more in helping you to reduce the instensity of those emotions attached to the things that have happened in the past.
Hope this helps x
