Content and comments on the site needs to be appropriate and must not encourage harming.

That means when you upload video, art or words, it gets checked by one of our trained moderators before being posted on the site. As a result, there may be delay before it appears.

We won't post anything that

• Is considered likely to encourage or provoke others to self-harm
• Is considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
• Is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Contains language likely to offend
• Breaks the law or condone or encourages unlawful activity
• Is seen to impersonate someone else
• Includes contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses
• Is written in anything other than English
• Contain links to other websites that break these guidelines
• Is considered to be off-topic for this site

If we think something breaks these guidelines, we'll email you and tell you why we can't put it on the site. We may ask you to consider changing the content to meet our requirements and then resubmitting it.
