Emergency Help

We can’t be there in person to help and support you in a moment of crisis, but there are other options available to you if you can’t turn to someone you trust. By giving us your postcode (or one nearby to where you are right now) we can let you know about services in your area. Remember: this moment will pass; you won’t always feel the way you do right now.

If in doubt always call 999.

We'll also be available this coming Wednesday at 7pm for a live chat drop in session

The next live chat is: 01 Nov 2017 Show Info

Name: November 1st

Date: 01-11-2017

Time: 19:00

Work With Us

Work for us - SelfharmUK is currently a small team and isn’t recruiting at present.

There are, however, other ways you can get involved:

Write for us – We are constantly generating new blogs and vlogs for our website. We would love for you to get involved! If you are interested, please email Jessica Whittaker with a little description about yourself and some of the areas you would like to talk about.

Raise money for us – We rely on grants and donations to keep doing what we do. If you’d be interested in fundraising for us, get in touch!

Support Alumina – We are running a scheme to recruit and train willing individuals to help run Alumina. For more details please email alumina@selfharm.co.uk

Train The Trainer – We occasionally look to recruit people willing to undergo training to help run our events across the UK. We offer payment for this. For more details please email training@selfharm.co.uk
