We can’t be there in person to help and support you in a moment of crisis, but there are other options available to you if you can’t turn to someone you trust. By giving us your postcode (or one nearby to where you are right now) we can let you know about services in your area. Remember: this moment will pass; you won’t always feel the way you do right now.
If in doubt always call 999.
You can also sign up to Alumina, our online support for mental health and wellbeing here:
Making the move to find support is a brave thing; when you sign up you will receive an introductory email within 24 hours from Jo (Alumina Program Manager). Signing up doesn’t commit you to anything other than having a brief email chat with our team as to how we can best support you.
Our team are very friendly, pretty unshockable and non- judgmental; when you sign up for Alumina, we commit to offering you 1:1 email support for a period of time, online peer support via Alumina and access to our Live sessions weekly.
Signing up is the first step to beginning to look at recovery from self-harm.
