My wife and I recently found out our daughter is self harming. The cuts on her arms and legs are shocking and this has broken our hearts. We have spoke with school and taken her to our GP. A referral to Cams has been made. We want to know if there is anything we can do at home to help the situation. She's a happy, intelligent girl and this has come as a massive shock. Any advice would be much appreciated.
