Shocked

I found out yesterday that my 11year old daughter is self harming. I told school who were really good and are referring her to CAHMS. I took her to my GP who wasn’t so helpful and said I had to make a self referral to CAHMS. I’m a single parent with disabilities and very little support and don’t know which way to turn next. My daughter refuses to talk to me which is really frustrating as we are really close. How do I help her? An extremely worried mum
