There was a VERY triggering programme on BBC 2 last night called 'girls on the edge', it told the story of 3 teenage girls with history of self-harm and further complex mental health stories....I watched it and cried. I cried for every young person, not just the girls but boys, trans and non binary teenagers who experience such pain and daily struggles who don't have support.
Please please know - you aren't alone in this. You aren't on the edge - you are living and trying to cope. Hang on in there with hope.
